平和质 · Píng Hé Zhì
Optimal health with good physical and mental harmony. The body adapts well to environmental changes and resists illness naturally.

气虚质 · Qì Xū Zhì
Low energy and weak immunity. You tire easily, catch colds frequently, and may have a soft voice. Your body lacks the vital energy needed for daily activities.

阳虚质 · Yáng Xū Zhì
Internal cold with poor circulation. You feel cold even when others are comfortable, prefer warm drinks, and may experience lower back weakness.

阴虚质 · Yīn Xū Zhì
Internal heat from depleted fluids. You run warm, experience dry mouth and skin, may have night sweats and feel restless at night.

痰湿质 · Tán Shī Zhì
Sluggish metabolism with fluid accumulation. You tend toward overweight, feel heavy and foggy, and may have oily skin and excessive phlegm.

湿热质 · Shī Rè Zhì
Internal heat combined with dampness. You may experience acne, oily skin, body odor, and digestive issues with sticky stools.

血瘀质 · Xuè Yū Zhì
Poor blood circulation with stagnation. You bruise easily, may have a dark complexion, and often experience fixed, stabbing pain.

气郁质 · Qì Yù Zhì
Emotional sensitivity with energy blockage. You may feel anxious, depressed, or frustrated, with a tendency to sigh frequently and experience chest tightness.

特禀质 · Tè Bǐng Zhì
Hypersensitive constitution with allergic tendencies. You react easily to environmental triggers, foods, and medications, with conditions like hay fever, eczema, or asthma.
